煎药方法

Decocting method

（1）药物要先浸泡半小时，加水量以淹过药面一寸为宜，一般煎煮三次，滤液混合服用。

（2）一般每次煮沸后20~30分钟即可；解表药 清热药 芳香类药，宜武火急煎，煮沸后10~15分钟；滋补药宜文火久煎，煮沸后30~40分钟。

特殊药物煎服方法

Method of special drug Decoction

（1）先煎：若为介壳类 矿石类药物先煮10~20分钟后，再入它药同煎；若为质轻量大的植物药宜先煎取汁澄清，用药汁代水煎其他药。

（2）后下：在一般药物即将煎好时，煎4~5分钟即可。
