Dynamic extraction is the core of the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine. It is required to control the temperature of liquid medicine in the tank, keep the pressure in the tank at atmospheric pressure, and manage the opening and closing of electromagnetic valve and manual valve in the liquid medicine circulation channel, as well as the start and stop of liquid medicine circulation pump and hot oil pump.
中药提取过程通常采用的溶剂（溶媒）有水或乙醇等。提取溶剂不同，对控制需求也不一样。用水作溶剂时，放空阀要在提取过程中始终处于开启状态，即罐内压力为常值，只需要在发生意外（如排气通道堵塞）时，报警即可。醇类作溶剂时，放空阀要始终处于关闭状态，欲维持罐压为常值，其调节情况与水作溶剂时不同。
The solvent (solvent) used in the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine is water or ethanol. Different extraction solvents have different control requirements. When using water as solvent, the vent valve should always be open during the extraction process, i.e. the pressure in the tank is constant, and the alarm can only be given in case of an accident (such as blockage of the exhaust channel). When alcohol is used as solvent, the vent valve should always be closed. In order to maintain the tank pressure as a constant value, its regulation is different from that when water is used as solvent.
