1)所需药材研细末。

2)加老陈醋950克，放锅里熬，沸腾后改小火。

3)边熬边搅，直至成糊状。倒入磁坛里盖好。

将药调好后摊在油纸或纱布上贴患处。

敷药后四周用厚纱布垫上，然后用红外线照射15~25分钟。

每天一次，7天一疗程。
