实木中药柜原木烘干的方式有哪些
1.火炕式
1. fire Kang
这是几年前一些小规模厂家常用的木材烘干方式。它是用砖盖成房子的样式,在地上垒起“火炕”,下面是通道,可在里面走烟走火。火炕与窑外的炉子相通,在外面烧火,“火炕”的温度即可上升,从而到达烘干窑里的木材的目的;
This is the wood drying method commonly used by some small manufacturers a few years ago. It is built of brick in the style of a house, on the ground to build a "fire Kang", below is the passage, can be smoke inside the fire. Fire Kang is connected with the furnace outside the kiln, and the temperature of "Fire Kang" can be raised to reach the purpose of drying the wood in the kiln.
2.蒸汽式
2. steam
它是利用蒸汽加热升高窑内的温度,使木材中的水分子活性增强而离开木材表面的一种方式。另外,窑内气压的降低也有利于水分子的游离。这是目前采用最多的一种方式。这种方式监测和控制手段完善,烘干均匀,效果较好;
It uses steam heating to raise the temperature in the kiln, so that the water molecules in the wood become more active and leave the surface of the wood. In addition, the reduction of air pressure in the kiln is also conducive to the dissociation of water molecules. This is the most widely used method at present. In this way, the monitoring and control methods are perfect, and the drying is uniform and the effect is better.
3.真空式
3. vacuum
真空式则是通过对木材所处环境造成负压的一种办法。它迫使水分子离开木材,达到降低木材含水率的目的。这种烘干窑容积比较小,不适合大规模的木材烘干,只能为制作样品等小批量生产提供烘干木材。他对于含水率在14%以下的木材的干燥效果较好,时间相对比较短;对于含水率高的木材,则烘干时间较长;
Vacuum is a way to create negative pressure on the environment of the wood. It forces the water molecules to leave the wood and reduce the moisture content of wood. This drying kiln is not suitable for large-scale wood drying because of its small volume. It can only provide drying wood for small-scale production such as sample making. For wood with moisture content below 14%, the drying effect is better and the drying time is relatively short, while for wood with high moisture content, the drying time is longer.
4.蒙古包式
4. Mongolia package
他的外观像蒙古包,木材堆放在里面,用烟熏火烤的方法将木材烘干;
His appearance is like Mongolia bag, lumber is stacked inside, smoked and roasted to dry wood.
传统的实木中药柜之所以经久耐用,使用寿命长久,一方面在于烘干的木材,另一方面在于木工师傅们扎实的加工工序。
The traditional Chinese medicine cabinet is durable, long service life, on the one hand, lies in the drying of wood, on the other hand, lies in the woodworkers solid processing procedures.
